Bupkis is operated by Trainme AI Inc., a Delaware C-corp. "We," "us," and "Bupkis" refer to Trainme AI Inc. throughout this document. "You" refers to the individual or organization that signs up to use the service at bupkis.app.
You can use Bupkis to run AI verbs (text generation, image generation, structured outputs), build and publish agents, and install agents from the marketplace. You can use it for commercial work · everything you create is yours to use.
The free tier (Bupkis) is $0/month with limited monthly run quota. Paid tiers (Solo, Crew, Agency, Mogul) bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Tier prices, included quotas, and overage rates are shown on the pricing page and are part of this agreement by reference.
Overage above included quota is billed monthly via Stripe Invoice Items at the rate shown on the billing page. We soft-cut runs when overage exceeds the configured ceiling · your account is never silently surprised by a 4-figure bill.
Marketplace agent purchases are refundable within 14 days of install if the agent fails to deliver as described. Submit refund requests through the billing page and we'll respond within 3 business days. Subscription tier upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated by Stripe automatically.
If you publish an agent to the marketplace and another user installs it for a fee, Stripe Connect routes 70% of the install fee to your connected account and 30% to Bupkis as the platform fee. Payouts run on Fridays at 16:00 UTC. You are responsible for taxes on creator earnings · 1099s are issued where required by US law.
You retain ownership of everything you create on Bupkis · your inputs, your generated outputs, your forked agents, your published agents. You grant Bupkis a non-exclusive license to process your inputs through the AI providers listed in the privacy policy strictly to deliver the service.
You can cancel your account at any time from the billing page · your data is soft-deleted immediately and hard-deleted within 30 days. We can terminate your account for breach of these terms with 30 days notice (or immediately for material breach like the prohibited uses above).
AI model output can be wrong. Bupkis provides the platform but does not warrant that any specific generated output is accurate, safe to act on, or free of bias. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bupkis is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We update these terms when the service materially changes. We email customers about material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at this URL with the last-updated date at the top.
